• One-time dealer-level login access for various vehicle brands

All services provided are digital in nature and are delivered remotely via email, online portal, or direct communication.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. Our services are intended for professional automotive technicians and workshops. By purchasing from STPROG, you confirm that you are a professional user.

4. Account Registration and Orders

• The subscription was suspended due to policy violation
• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date (unless non-delivery is proven)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Cancellations after activation are not eligible for pro-rata refunds for the unused period
• Daily subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted

8. Service Failures by Third-Party Vendors
